My first concern is that I was running a few minutes late for the appointment & I was concerned that I might need to reschedule. This was my first visit with this practitioner (my previous doctor had moved two hours away). I know that this practitioner is an APRN, but to the receptionist, I automatically said, "Dr. Havasov," to which she replied, "Polina," so that set a comfortable position while I waited. Once Polina came into the room, she was very attentive, asking about my medical history & taking time to listen. I considered it a pleasant first visit.

My PCP is outstanding as I had an ailment for over a week. I made the appointment, she took me in, and she diagnosed the issue within ten (10) minutes of me being there. I am NOW Back on the right track from the Meds she prescribed, and I have been able to get back to "myself" for daily activities. Polina Verbitsky-Havasov, ARPN is not only an outstanding PCP, but she also has empathy for me and is genuinely interested in my interest and daily life. For instance, I gave her my Ministry titles, and she was pleasantly surprised and interested to know what I do! Her expertise, attention to detail, and wonderful personality as a "people's person," makes her IDEAL as my PCP in today’s Doctor/Patient relationships. Thank You, Briggs
